Tokyo Necro takes players to a dark future where a new ice age has begun on Earth. In the 2200s, the remnants of humanity were able to take refuge in surviving cities protected by geothermal heat pipes. However, these megacities face a new threat. Suddenly necromancers appeared and began to resurrect the dead. Moreover, they do this not thanks to magic, but with the help of mysterious biotechnologies. The game takes place in Japan. The story follows the adventures of the protagonist, Nagaoka So'un, and his partner, Kibanohara Ethica. These undead hunters regularly battle the living dead and those who raise them from their graves. One day, the heroes witness the kidnapping of a girl. As a result, they find themselves in a series of events, after which they have to save the Japanese capital.

Tokyo Necro is a visual novel. It stands out from many other representatives of the genre for its graphic style. Her anime graphics cross 2D and 3D. The project also boasts an unusual and well-developed futuristic setting with a play on the zombie theme. The plot is replete with sudden twists. It often features 3D action scenes. There are also hentai scenes that become available when certain conditions are met. There are 4 ruts available. The characters have voice acting in Japanese.
