Showrunner is a fun simulator that lets you create and manage your own TV show! Here you create scenarios, populate your world with characters, and choose actors to play them. Hire and manage staff, grow your studio and gain a loyal audience. Give your show a title, then choose a genre (options include drama, comedy, mystery, thriller, or mystery) and a theme (such as science fiction, fantasy, medical, office life, or historical). Sign a profitable contract with a television or streaming company while you can achieve your goals!

Create episode scripts by playing scene cards, defining the overall structure of the story. Each card increases scenario scores in various categories (story, characters, visuals, comedy, drama, action), and skillful choices and powerful combinations provide special bonuses. Unlock new and more powerful cards over time. Gradually identify themes for each season that fit with your ideas. Pick an archetype for each character and then try to find an actor who fits that role. Define a character's appearance through extensive customization options, then evolve them over time, making them more subtle and unique, choosing perks that characterize them and provide significant benefits. Hire writers to write scripts, directors and crew to manage the shoot, and editors to put together the final cut. Personnel have different characteristics and classes that tend to have certain strengths and weaknesses.
