Misericorde: Volume One is an exciting visual novel in the detective genre that takes you to the mysterious world of the Middle Ages, to the convention of 1482. An unknown world opens before you, full of mysteries and secrets, where the light of wisdom is just beginning to shine, and wars and conflicts have not yet left the earth. In a small convention in the north of England, no one knows what is happening outside its walls, except for one important detail - murder. The story begins with the fact that the beloved Sister Catherine was recently killed, and now each of the nuns of the convention is under suspicion. But no one knows who the killer is, and Mother Superior, like everyone else, remains at a loss. It is at this point that you intervene.

You took an oath that you would never leave your cell in order to devote yourself completely to God and provide spiritual support to all who turn to you. But now you have a new task: to solve the murder before the bishop closes the convention and the murderer goes unpunished. Mother Superior hasn't told everyone why you suddenly joined the regular society of sisters, but something tells you that most of them know exactly what's going on. Who can you trust? Who is telling the truth and who is on guard - and why? Could the convention really be cursed? Who killed sister Katerina? And the worst part... are you next?
