Fatal Twelve

The visual novel Fatal Twelve follows Shishimai Rinka, a high school student who used to own a small coffee shop called the Lion House. She lived an ordinary life, but one day she had to visit the explosion zone. It happened on a sunny day, she was walking home with a friend named Naomi. The main character, trying to save her friend’s life, died herself, but helped another person.

After the disaster, she returned to the cafe, where she began to happily communicate with visitors as if nothing had happened. Moments later, she is transported to a mysterious world where she meets Parka, a strange girl who says she is a goddess. After a short dialogue, Rinka learned that she had become a participant in the Divine Selection. In a special ritual, you will have to compete with other participants for 12 weeks. Twelve people compete with each other and try to undo their own death. Among the other dead was a friend named Miharu.

To pass the Divine Selection, the protagonist will need to eliminate other opponents by collecting their information, learning their name, cause of death, regrets during life and other aspects. The gameplay is presented in the form of a visual novel created in anime style. The player observes the events taking place in the life of the central character. The passage focuses on dialogues and choices that influence the further narrative.
