Not Tonight 2

Not Tonight 2 combines role-playing game and life simulation. Like the first part, the title contains social commentary and invites you to plunge into an autopia. Nonlinearity and replayability also remain. However, in other respects the sequel is noticeably different from the original.

If in the first part the events took place in Great Britain after its exit from the European Union, then in Not Tonight 2 the action takes place in the United States during a political and economic crisis. In the story, Eduardo Suarez takes part in a protest, after which government officials detain him, unsuccessfully try to establish his identity, and then transfer him to a camp for political prisoners. Marie, Kevin, Malik need to find their friend’s documents and have time to deliver them to Miami in order to rescue the guy. The game has three branching stories. The new narrative is also presented with humor.

In addition to the location, the gameplay has also changed. In the original title, the hero worked as a bouncer in a nightclub, but in the sequel there are already three characters, and the chosen protagonist travels across America. The updated gameplay is now all about getting to the final destination. Along the way, you need to make decisions, deal with moral dilemmas, get temporary jobs (including as a security guard at the entrance to churches, places of worship and other institutions) and participate in mini-games.
