Shoujo City

Shoujo City is a 3D dating simulator made using hand-drawn graphics, similar to the popular Asian cartoon style - anime. The project incorporates elements of visual novels, where the gamer is only required to occasionally make decisions regarding spoken lines, and open-world adventure games with many interesting locations. The place where the events take place is a virtual version of the Japanese metropolis Tokyo, with changes made by the developers to suit the style and otaku culture.

Before starting the single-player mode, the player will be asked to create his own “ideal” girl, or choose from the proposed appearance options. After customization is completed, the gamer begins to build a relationship with his significant other. The peculiarity of this mutual feeling is that both are female. In Asia this is called "yuri".

The user is given the opportunity to choose a scenario for a future date: a quiet walk in the park, visiting slot machines with a variety of mini-games, or the joint process of preparing culinary masterpieces. The game randomly generates the character of the object of desire, providing her with a unique set of traits, favorite things to do, dishes, as well as a list of those things that greatly infuriate the chosen one of the virtual protégé.
