update details
Basements n' Basilisks: Storms of Sorcery is a visual novel parodying the world's most popular TTRPG. Make life-changing choices, roll endless dice, forge lasting bonds, discover magical realms, and enjoy everything else you'd expect from a fantasy game, without the hassle of finding real friends to play with!
Don't get ahead of yourself. Trying a trick without asking BM first? Do you think you can rip a goblin's neck with your bare hands? Roll the dice, buddy. Oh what do you know, the goblin is a muscle guy, you better run for your life. Your parents never cared about your consent when they brought you into this world, but now you can finally speak your mind on important issues! Your input may be useful in very specific, scenario-based, imaginary situations where you are asked to solve problems. For example, do you think the party should hang out with a random huge tree or should it be better to have a bonfire?
This adventure may be short, but you'll still be able to form lasting bonds (with fictional AI-controlled players who don't exist outside of your computer, which is oddly similar to your significant other). Team up with Elana and cast protection spells together (this is your Sabrina moment) or join Galskap and burn the whole world (this is your Pyro moment). Kaltrion is like that place you never go to on your annual family trip - aka Nashville (good for you, but it's literally in the top ten worst places for a family trip, look it up). Wait, I mean it's a great place to go with a Bn'B party, just not with your parents, it's probably too NSFW for them, unless you have cool parents, which you don't, because then why are you thinking about playing Bn'B? Explore countless muddy swamps, thousands of sparkling lakes, hundreds of picturesque hills and one cave.
