Star Trek: Resurgence

Star Trek: Resurgence is an interactive novel, the events of which develop after the end of the series Star Trek: The Next Generation. The story centers on two main characters: a female officer named Jaroy Rydek and private Carter Diaz. They both serve on the starship USS Resolute. The heroes will have to travel across the galaxy to unravel the mystery of two civilizations. A bloody conflict is brewing between two races, so the protagonists are the only ones who are able to save the world, which is on the verge of destruction.

The game features both completely new characters for the franchise and the appearance of cult heroes, for example, the plot features the canonical Spock with the appearance of Leonard Nimoy. The game mechanics of Star Trek: Resurgence are based on choice of lines. By choosing one of the proposed options from the dialog box, the story develops in the chosen direction. There are many plot branches. You will need to explore space and decks in third-person mode. It is possible to give commands to your subordinates, shoot from a phaser, use a tridecoder to scan the area, and much more. There are a wide variety of mini-games and sections where you need to sneak through a variety of enemies without being seen. Two heroes allow you to see the story from two perspectives, as the protagonists serve on different decks of the Federation ship. Jara gives orders, and Carter carries them out. Events start in the distant future of 2380.
