AKAIITO HD REMASTER takes players on a chilling adventure filled with tension and mystery. Originally released in 2004, this remastered version features enhanced graphics, sound and gameplay, improving the overall experience, as well as new content and endings. The exciting storyline follows Kei Hato, a young woman who inherits an ancient mansion in the remote village of Hemizuka. Kei has a unique blood type known as "Nieno Chi", which attracts the attention of supernatural beings called oni.

To survive dangerous encounters with these creatures, Kay must utilize a blood-sucking system that allows her to suck the blood of the oni and acquire their formidable abilities. AKAIITO HD REMASTER features a branching narrative with many choices that significantly influence the fate of Kei and other heroes. With an impressive 32 endings ranging from bad to good, players will be captivated by the depth and possibilities of the project. Some endings are only available after successfully completing certain routes, thanks to an innovative "root seal" system.
