Planet R-12

Planet R-12 is an exciting 2D tactical shooter that combines action, strategy and robot warfare. In the game, you take on the role of a squad leader, managing a group of tenacious soldiers stranded on a hostile planet inhabited by robots. Your task is to survive and fight off a variety of robotic enemies, from tiny bugs to huge machines aimed at your destruction. A distinctive feature of Planet R-12 is its flexible gameplay. You can play as a commander, observing the battlefield from a strategic point of view, or plunge into battle as one of the soldiers of your squad. Seven unique fighter types, each with different weapons and skills, allow you to create a versatile and formidable team of up to three fighters.

You'll encounter over 40 enemies and bosses throughout the game, each with their own distinct designs and behavior. The visuals are impressive, with robots showing signs of damage as you unleash your firepower on them. Defeating enemies also provides valuable bonuses such as health regeneration and double damage boost, adding an extra layer of tactical decision-making to the experience. To increase the chances of survival, a number of necessary skills are provided, including an “energy shield”, which gives the soldier temporary invulnerability. These skills, along with the ability to upgrade and unlock new weapons, keep the gameplay fun and varied as you progress.
