Scythe: Digital Edition

Scythe: Digital Edition is a long story-driven turn-based strategy game reminiscent of a World War I turn-based board game. The conflict has gone too far, and mechs have appeared on the territory of the earth - robots controlled by people. At the forefront is the state of Factoria - the only country that received robots before everyone else, and is now desperately fighting for world domination.

The conflict between countries during the First World War continues on the planet. All states that could not withstand such pressure from other countries were forced to capitulate or join allies/enemies, giving the reins of power to people not related to the culture.

We are given a choice of one of 5 factions:

• The Saxon Empire delves deeper into the politics and behavior of its citizens. Not the weakest faction at the beginning of the game, but slow development complicates the gameplay;
• The Crimean Khanate stands out from the rest because of its aggressive rulers and similar behavior of people, warriors, and military leaders;
• The Russvetsky Union is a union of several countries of the former USSR, created in our reality, in contrast to the alternative one shown in the game. Strives for excellence through work and optimal technology development;
• The Republic of Polania is a neutral faction. Residents do not want to enter into conflicts, but they can fight back strongly;
• The Northern Kingdom includes several northern countries united under the leadership of cold and harsh climatic conditions.

The game includes features such as constant exploration of surrounding areas, conquest of neighboring cities of another faction, extraction of resources and hiring an army. The further you progress in studying the furs, the closer you are to defeating Factoria. You can wage this war diplomatically, surrounding yourself with allies, or you can destroy everyone.

The unique economy and technology for studying furs makes your faction the strongest on the planet. Secret tasks most often take you to a new level of development.
