Trigger Witch takes place in a fantasy universe where, over the past hundreds of years, ancient magic has gradually but surely become a thing of the past. It is being replaced by modern technologies, including firearms, which are more accessible to the masses. The main character is Collette. She is a young student at an educational institution that teaches skills in magic and weapons. Stoke's graduates eventually become superb warriors who harmoniously combine old power with the innovations of the future era.

The Trigger Witch universe, according to the tradition of the genre, is faced with a monstrous threat. First, a strange man appears on the horizon, but after him strange events begin to occur - missing people, murders. Soon the world begins to witness the invasion of evil forces that Collet must stop, although she did not even dream of becoming a hero yesterday, given the fact that she had not even completed her training yet.

The protagonists travel through open locations, which contain a huge amount of nasty things. You can destroy them using a variety of firearms, as well as using powerful magic. As the story progresses, the girl is also able to upgrade her characteristics, collect armor and replenish her arsenal. With new levels, the user unlocks special perks that boost the beauty, increase damage, or simply destroy everything in a small area.
