Shoulders of Giants

Shoulders of Giants is a sci-fi action roguelike played from a third-person perspective. The game takes place in a world inhabited by humanoid animals and monsters. In the story, two heroes want to save the Universe from heat death. They embark on a journey to restore balance to the galaxy. They are helped by an owl, a monkey, a panda and a scientist. In this title, the user will have to control two characters at once - a large fur and an anthropomorphic frog sitting on it. The robot is capable of running, jumping, flying and swinging a blade. And the space toad can shoot. There is a two-player mode called Best Friend Mode, where users take on a hero and work in pairs. There is also co-op multiplayer for up to 4 people. In it, each gamer controls his mech and amphibian, and also coordinates his actions with other team members.

In Shoulders of Giants, maps are generated anew every match. The protagonists become more powerful as they progress. They upgrade and find new equipment. These items include glow grenades, grappling hooks, and other equipment. With these things you can create builds. The enemies are also gradually getting stronger. In the video game, you need to complete missions on planets to receive heat as a reward. If the task fails, almost all progress is lost (but players still receive some resources if they lose), after which they have to start the race again. A mechanical warrior and his partner can be given different weapons (melee and ranged, respectively), but to do this you need to find blueprints and craft weapons. Here you can also unlock perks and improve skills in the skill tree.
