FIM Speedway Grand Prix 15

FIM Speedway Grand Prix 15 is both a simulator and an arcade game. The game allows you to choose one of two options (Simulation and Arcade, respectively). As the name suggests, the project is dedicated to the sport of motorcycles called speedway. Races here take place on circuit tracks on dirt.

Dirt affects gameplay. It creates trajectories with better and worse grip. They can be used to gain an advantage over your opponent. When turning, you often have to carefully enter controlled drifts. Races last four laps. The same number of riders take part in them.

FIM Speedway Grand Prix 15 features practice, driving mode, 2015 Grand Prix, fast single races and 4-player multiplayer. You are not allowed to save between campaign runs. 3 difficulty levels available. Computer drivers have weak artificial intelligence.

Local physics takes some getting used to thanks to realistic controls. The project does not encourage rough driving. If you ram your opponents, you will receive a fine. If a motorcyclist pushes a colleague off his bike or falls himself, the race will be restarted. Restarts happen often here. Here you can customize motorcycles and buy spare parts for them. They also have to be repaired regularly. Races take place at stadiums in Sweden, Wales, Australia and other places. Before the start, they show videos about the tracks. Nigel Pearson comments on everything here.
