Collapse: A Political Simulator is a strategy game with absolute freedom of choice, which means many ways to achieve your goal. The user will have to join and lead one of the 7 presented political parties that are located inside the fictional post-Soviet state: Blue Guard, Liberal, Social Democratic, Socialist, Communist, Conservative and National People's. They all pursue their own interests and try to achieve their satisfaction in all available ways.

The time frame is set to 1992-2004, which is reflected in the use of global problems of those years. The user needs to confront other political forces for power in all possible ways, using both legal methods of raising the rating and illegal methods of destroying the authority of opponents. Each action of the gamer will have a certain consequence, which will influence the development of events in the future and bring him closer to one or another ending of the single-player campaign.

In addition to intrigue in the struggle for power, the player will have to solve economic issues of the state, which is going through difficult times. The population is in a bad mood due to the low standard of living, which will lead to riots and protests after a series of unsuccessful decisions. It is necessary to promote your own interests in moderation, not forgetting about the electorate, which may turn away from the party, which will lead to the end of the game “Collapse: Political Simulator”.
