Astronaut: The Best is an unusual social strategy game where the player has to control a group of people in order to mold them into a beautiful picture that the government wants to see. You can do this by any means, even dishonest ones, the main thing is to achieve results, since the life of the protagonist depends on them. The game has only 5 randomly generated missions, but each of them can have about 100 outcomes.

The first colony of astronauts is sent to a settlement on a new planet. Since the consequences of such an operation can be very dire, it was decided to send there not the smartest and most exceptional candidates so that they would not be pitied. But everything went well and now these people must appear before the audience as folk heroes, to whom they are completely different. Then the main character is sent to help them, who is a real master of such matters and, if he fails to cope, he faces execution.

• Lies - false promises and any kind of nonsense, as long as a person believes in it and fulfills the necessary requirements; if it is revealed, everything can only aggravate the situation

• Adulation – sweet flattery, politeness and false compliments, suitable for heroes with a high sense of self-importance
• Magic is the most effective, but a little cruel method that can have unforeseen consequences

The unusual cartoon style perfectly conveys the absurdity and humor of the situation. To complete each task, the player will be given a certain period of time in the form of game days, which must be met. There are about 5 astronauts in total, and all of them are currently monitored by a special commission.
