Hooked on You: A Dead by Daylight Dating Sim takes place on Murder Island. Four companions will appear in the gameplay, each of whom killed. Even though they are cruel and have a dark and bloody past, they also want romance, relationships and affection. The main character will have to win the hearts of possible romantic partners who had previously committed murders and were merciless to their victims.

The gameplay is presented in the form of a dating simulator with a visual novel style narrative. Much of the playthrough takes place in dialogue, where characters communicate with each other and advance the narrative. The story path is determined by the gamer's choices made during dialogues. By learning more about the interlocutor, you can draw conclusions and decide whether to maintain communication or try your luck with another character. Murderers will love honestly, will not lie or take revenge for the choices they made.

It all starts with the protagonist awakening on the shore of a mysterious island. He doesn’t remember how he ended up here, whether he was on a sea voyage or just swimming. He had no useful items in his pockets, and there was not a single person nearby. Having started exploring the territory, he met four lustful killers playing volleyball on the beach. Having met, he gets to know them better and gradually improves their relationship, which opens up access to romantic scenes, various endings and events.
