R-Type Final 2 is a fast-paced side-scrolling shoot 'em up featuring 3D backgrounds, fast-paced gameplay, non-stop shooting, a huge number of combat shuttles, a variety of levels, weapons and destruction. The main feature of the game is the destructive power of delta weapons.

The threat of Baido looms over the world. Enemies constantly emerge from the wreckage of fallen opponents. However, they are greatly distorted and mutated under the influence of Baydo's corruption. With each new level, the enemies become more aggressive and difficult. Their number and attack speed also increases. You must always be on guard! Reaction speed and the ability to make quick decisions are very important. Each subsequent level has a different visual style and backgrounds.
