INCISION

INCISION may be of interest to those who are nostalgic for shooters from the 90s. This is a dynamic arcade joker with a first-person view. It contains blood and meat. Its low-poly, low-resolution graphics are stylized as early 3D from old PC video games. At the very beginning, users are given the choice of one of 4 difficulty levels. You will play as a warrior who is trying to stop Growth. This is the name given to the ever-growing mass of flesh and machinery. Some large mysterious creature launched this unholy symbiosis, devouring all life on the planet. The protagonist fights the creatures of this creature, such as mechanical spider priests, crazy sycophants, and augmented soldiers. As you progress, other monsters appear.

INCISION emulates the very first games from the Quake and Doom series. The arsenal includes 8 types of weapons. There is a saw spear, a revolver, a shotgun, a rocket launcher, a heavy machine gun and other guns. Each gun has an alternative firing mode. For example: a shotgun can not only fire a volley of shots, but also release incendiary bombs that can bounce off walls. As is typical in old school FPS, there is no need to reload weapons. Ammo drops from killed enemies and just litters the map. Also at levels you can find extra lives and injections that restore your HP. Exploration of locations and battles with opponents are accompanied by dark music from two performers - Frédérick Chicoine, working under the pseudonym iNi, and JM.
