Office Management 101 immerses gamers in the everyday life of office workers who are forced to cope with constant workloads. The game is a life simulator where you need to survive in a capitalist dystopia. Players will beat competitors, raise their capital and try to climb the career ladder as high as possible. The project is filled with a lot of black humor and satire of office employees who will find themselves in funny situations.

The main character in Office Management 101 serves as the director of a new consumer electronics company. Players will hire new workers, design their own office and transform a small room into a large and successful company that will enter the world market. The game implements a deep system of worker productivity and social interactions between them. Random events will occur periodically, which will procedurally generate and dilute the gameplay.

Users will develop products for clients, create room designs, participate in corporate conspiracies, destroy competitors and hire various characters to work. You will be able to try out the Freeplay and Sandbox modes. During the passage, it is necessary to monitor the activities of hired workers, who may gossip or leak information to competitors. Players will have to manage businesses in paradise beach huts or high-rise skyscrapers, where it is important to develop and produce sellable goods in the electronics poverty.
