Becoming a mad scientist, you need to create a recipe for an unrivaled mutagen! You can arrange the room by installing numerous experimental equipment. You shouldn’t expect funding from the authorities. You must climb solely on your own. Sometimes it is even necessary to steal in order to acquire the necessary tools. Once a reagent has been developed, it needs to be tested by looking at how the substances react or how it behaves in combination with the patient's body.

By growing new body parts, you can attach them to the body of experimental subjects. In this way, it is possible to keep a record of how artificial prostheses adapt to the body and what consequences this brings. By gathering an army of mutants, you can send them to the city to bring resources. But in this case, you will have to deal with the military. Therefore, it makes sense to carefully consider raids on the city. The fear mechanic allows you to gain more resources by frightening ordinary residents. Free play and campaign mode available.
